I eat it every day, and I’m watching the weight melt away!
Simple Cocoa Apple Slim Cake
Ingredients:
4 medium sweet apples (such as Fuji, Honeycrisp, or Gala)
4 large eggs
5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
Olive oil (for greasing the pan)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking pan with olive oil.
2. Peel, core, and chop the apples, then place them in a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth.
3. Add the eggs, cocoa powder, and baking powder to the apple puree. Blend again until the mixture becomes a smooth, even batter.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, tapping it lightly on the counter to release any air bubbles.
5. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
6. Allow the cake to cool before slicing.
Enjoy a naturally sweet, chocolatey cake that’s perfect for a healthy snack or guilt-free breakfast!
