Healthy Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Muffins with Chocolate Chips and Soft Centers

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/3 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup oat flour

1/4 cup chocolate chips

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Pinch of salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line or grease a muffin tin.

Whisk yogurt, peanut butter, honey, egg, and vanilla until smooth.

Stir in oat flour, baking powder, salt, and chocolate chips.

Fill muffin cups and bake for 18–22 minutes until puffed and golden.

Let cool slightly before serving
