Avocado Toast with Feta, Cherry Tomatoes, Cranberries & Walnuts

A vibrant, flavorful twist on classic avocado toast—perfect for a quick breakfast, light lunch, or anytime snack.

Ingredients:

2 slices whole-grain or sourdough bread

1 ripe avocado, mashed

¼ cup crumbled feta cheese

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

2 tablespoons dried cranberries

2 tablespoons chopped walnuts

Olive oil, for drizzling (optional)

Salt and black pepper, to tasteInstructions:

1. Toast the bread slices until golden and crisp.2. In a small bowl, mash the avocado and season with salt and pepper.3. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toasted bread.4.
