Instructions
1. Make the Filling
In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold in the diced strawberries until evenly combined.
2. Assemble the Wontons
Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the cheesecake filling into the center.
Lightly moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold and press to seal tightly — you can shape them into triangles or small pouches.
