Ingredients:
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup pepperoni slices
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Olive oil, for brushing
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Place the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spread about 1/4 cup of pizza sauce over each tortilla, leaving a small margin around the edges.
3. Evenly distribute the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then top with pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, and black olives.
4. Sprinkle a pinch of Italian seasoning over each wrap to enhance the flavor.
5. Roll each tortilla tightly to secure the fillings and place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
6. Brush the tops lightly with olive oil to help them bake to a golden, crispy finish.
