Ingredients

½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

½ cup granulated sugar

⅛ teaspoon salt

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

2 cups milk chocolate chips

2 cups mini marshmallows

1 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly coat it with nonstick spray.

2. Prepare the crust:
In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and salt. Mix until well blended, then press the mixture evenly and firmly into the bottom of the pan.

3. Add the filling:
Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust. Sprinkle the chocolate chips across the top.

4. Bake:
Place the pan in the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the chocolate begins to melt.

5. Add the marshmallows:
Remove the pan from the oven and evenly scatter the mini marshmallows on top. Return to the oven for another 5–7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are puffed and golden brown.

6. Finish and cool:
Take the pan out of the oven and sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the warm marshmallows. Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting into squares.

Tip: For cleaner slices, chill the bars in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before cutting.
