Veggie Cream Cheese π₯°
Ingredients:
16 ounces of cream cheese, at room temperature (two 8-ounce packages)
1 packet (1 ounce) of ranch seasoning mix
1 medium carrot, peeled and finely diced
β cup finely diced red bell pepper
Β½ cup finely chopped broccoli
2 green onions, finely chopped
Instructions:
1. Place the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl.
2. Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese on medium speed for about 3 minutes, until smooth and creamy.
3. Add the ranch seasoning mix and continue mixing for another minute until fully incorporated.
4. Using a rubber spatula, gently fold in the diced carrot, red bell pepper, broccoli, and green onions.
5. Stir until all the vegetables are evenly combined with the cream cheese mixture.
6. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for several hours to allow the flavors to blend.
7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
